We do accept same day appointments if a technician is available, to guarantee an appointment time please reserve your appointment online or call 513.271.0999 for assistance.
If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Your time is valuable and so is ours, due to time reserved for your appointment please allow 24 hours for cancellations. Last Minute cancellations and No Shows for appointments make it difficult for us to service other guests. Please be advised rescheduling may result in a fee or be denied.
W Salon accepts cash and all major credit cards except American Express. Chuck Landers does not except credit cards he accepts checks and cash only.
We will accept any unopened or damaged product within 3o days of purchase for a full refund or product exchange with equal or lesser value with receipt excluding brushes, jewelry and tools.

If you are unhappy with your hair we ask that you call within one week to reschedule with your stylist to help with any challenges you may have, W Salon does not offer any refunds on services. We cannot guarantee results on color treated hair or keratin smoothing treatments if you are not using the professional products recommended by your stylist.
